We Are Positive Ride!

Expanding Accessibility, Adventure and Adaptive Hiking

At Positive Ride, our mission is to create memorable and adaptive outdoor recreational experiences for individuals who use wheelchairs. We are committed to breaking down barriers and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors, irrespective of mobility challenges.

Our Mission

Our primary goal is to provide outdoor adventures that are accessible and enjoyable for all. By focusing on inclusivity, we aim to foster a community where people of varying abilities can come together, share experiences, and create lasting memories. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to explore nature and enjoy recreational activities without limitations.

Partnership with Freedom Trax

To bring our mission to life, we have partnered with Freedom Trax, an innovative company that has developed a product to transform standard wheelchairs into motorized all-terrain vehicles. The Freedom Trax system consists of all-terrain tracks that easily attach to a wheelchair, enabling users to navigate a variety of surfaces such as sand, snow, gravel, and more. This technology empowers wheelchair users to venture into environments that were previously inaccessible, opening up a world of possibilities for exploration and adventure.

Future Goals and Services

While our current focus is on providing these transformative outdoor experiences, Positive Ride is dedicated to expanding our services in the future. We envision offering additional recreational opportunities and support services tailored to the needs of wheelchair users. Our future plans include:

  • Developing new partnership opportunities with companies that share our commitment to accessibility and inclusivity.

  • Offering educational programs and workshops to advocate for adaptive sports and outdoor activities.

  • Creating community events and outings that promote social interaction and engagement among individuals with disabilities.
